Sooo amazing 10/10! Went there a few days ago - the shop is full of really helpful, kind employees who definitely understand what they are doing. Honestly the energy of the place was fantastic. They helped me combine a really good jewelry assortment, the jewelry they sell itself is gorgeous and so many styles. I also got a walk in appointment with Danielle, one of their piercing experts, and she was very knowledgable, skilled, gentle and everything was very clean. Honestly if you need anything re: ear piercings this is the best place!

I had an upper helix by Amber today. She was excellent, talking me through the options. The piercing was very quick and almost painless. I chose the new tiny solas stud in white gold. Very subtle. Highly recommended!
